Terms of Service

TrulyRank crawls a website you control and reports what that website currently communicates about the business, its services and the places it serves. It also reports whether AI assistants cite the site for questions you choose to monitor.

The report describes what was found. It is not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads or revenue, and no such outcome is promised. Recommendations are suggestions to consider, not professional advice.

You must have the right to analyse any website you enter. Do not enter a website you neither own nor have permission to audit.

Each plan covers a number of websites per billing period. A site counts against that number once it has been scanned in the period. Removing a site does not free its slot until the period renews.

Scans, AI citation checks and drafted fixes are paid for from a monthly credit balance included with your plan. Each action has a stated credit price, shown before you run it. Credits reset when the billing period renews and do not carry over.

Drafted fixes are additionally limited per website per billing period, so one site cannot consume the whole balance.

If an action fails and produces no usable result, its credits are returned.

Accounts are for one customer. Sharing login details so that several businesses use one plan is not permitted.

Subscriptions are month to month. There are no annual plans and no long-term commitment.

Your card is charged when you subscribe and on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

If a payment fails, access pauses until the payment succeeds. Your data is kept during this time.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge.

Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is pro-rated or refunded for the unused part of a period.

Subscription fees are not refundable, including for periods you did not use.

The reason is specific to what is being sold. The value of this service is the information a scan produces, and that information is delivered in full the moment a scan completes. It cannot be returned once you have read it. A refund after delivery would mean supplying the analysis for nothing.

By subscribing you ask for that analysis to be made available immediately, and you accept that once a scan has run in a billing period, the fee for that period is not refundable.

This does not limit rights you have under law that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such rights apply, they apply.

If the service fails to work as described, contact us. Faults are fixed, and where a fault prevented you from using the service we will discuss the right outcome with you.

The plan limits are the fair use policy. Automated access outside the application, reselling scans as your own product, or attempting to bypass the limits may result in the account being suspended.

We store your account details, the websites you scan, and the results of those scans, so that history and comparisons work.

Page content retrieved during a scan is analysed to produce your report. Parts of it are sent to third-party AI providers for that purpose.

You can delete a website and its scan history from your account at any time. Ask us to close your account and we will delete it.

We do not sell your data.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular finding is complete.

Third-party sources, including search engines and AI assistants, change without notice and may become unavailable. Results depending on them may change or be missing.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may change these terms. If a change is material you will be told before it applies to you, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, cancel before your next renewal.
